A truly unique taste of South Africa specializing in all Natural cream based wine cocktails. Blending the very best cream from Jersey cows with great wine and the finest of ingredients gives us the decadent flavor, Marula Fruit .

The Marula fruit tree dates back over 10,000 years and has been a source of nutrition for both wildlife and humans.
Interestingly, the male trees flower and the females produce fruit. The fruit is small and egg shaped with a light
yellow color. The fruit is harvested from the ground in the early part of the year and is high in Vitamin C and antioxidants.
The kernel is protected by an incredibly hard nut and extracting it is a lengthy process. Oil is made from the kernel and
many traditional health remedies use it as their base.
The fruit is used to produce many products; among them is the cream based wine cocktail. Stabilizers and emulsifiers
are dissolved in the wine portion of the mix at elevated temperatures. The mixture’s pH is adjusted to 7.2 and the fresh
Jersey cream is added and homogenized under high pressure. The natural flavors and colorants are added to the wine/cream
base and the product is then tested for stability over 5 days. If no separation occurs, the blend is bottled.

Bouquet: Caramel, Chocolate
Taste: A mouth feel of caramel flavored heavy cream.

Food Pairing
Dessert or before dinner, the choice is yours. Drink it on ice, in your coffee make a hot chocolate or pour it over your dessert.
Or, you can make a Martini. The options are endless.

Serengeti Espresso Martini
2oz. Serengeti Marula Fruit
1oz. Espresso Flavored Vodka
1oz. Cold Espresso
Shake with ice and strain into Chilled Martini glass. Garnish with chocolate covered espresso beans

Serengeti Signature Chocolate Martini
1-1/2 oz. Serengeti Marula Fruit
2oz. Chocolate flavored Vodka
Coco Powder for Garnish
Shake with ice and strain into chilled Martini Glass. Garnish rim with cocoa powder and a fresh strawberry.

Serengeti Tiramisu-Tini
1-1/2 oz. Serengeti Marula Fruit
1oz. Vanilla Flavored Vodka
1oz. Coffee liqueur
Shake with ice and strain into chilled Martini glass. Drizzle caramel and Chocolate over top for garnish
